Novel Chem Pvt. Ltd. was Established in 2004 by experienced technocrats. The company has a combined experience of 100 years in manufacturing, technology, strategic sourcing, logistics, and material management.
NovelChem manufactures specialty materials for various industries, including aerospace, coatings, automotive, industrial, power, electronics, resin manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, dyes, pigments, and agrochemicals. Our products are sold under the trade names NovoRez, NovoCure, NovoGreen, NovoForm and NovoTough. Our production facilities are based in India, and manufacturing partners in the USA and India meet ISO 9001-2015 and AS 9100 aerospace standards.
For strategic sourcing, we have committed manufacturers in India, Korea, Taiwan, Japan, and China that make high-quality products according to our customers’ requirements. These advanced production facilities, manned by experienced technical staff, have met our rigorous ISO 9001-2015 and AS 9100 quality standards.

Dr. Hitesh Soni
North America/EMEA Marketing Head
Dr. Hitesh Soni, an experienced technology specialist and value creator, boasts a career spanning over 30 years. Distinguished by his ability to lead high-performing teams, introduce market innovations, and drive substantial business growth, he has established a strong foundation in R&D, innovation commercialization, cost-effective processes, new business development, customer engagement, and vendor management. Dr. Hitesh has held key leadership roles at multinational corporations such as Huntsman, CVC Thermoset Specialty, Aditya Birla Chemicals and Atul Limited. His industry contributions are further highlighted by his volunteer work and presentations of technical papers at international conferences.

With a BE in Chemical Engineering, he combines technical expertise with a strategic business mindset, driving growth and innovation within the company.
